In another major win against fake news, The Washington Post has settled with Covington schoolboy, Nick Sandmann. The original lawsuit against WaPo was dismissed last August after a federal judge ruled that the Washington Post hadn’t slandered Sandmann in its reporting of the infamous, so-called racist “standoff” between himself and Native American, Nathan Phillips on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. Sandmann’s win, announced on Twitter yesterday, follows an “amendment complaint” which was put forward in October last year. According to USA Today, upon review “out of 33 statements 3 required further review,” allowing “a portion of the lawsuit to…

Dr John MacArthur, along with the elders of Grace Community Church in Los Angeles, have taken a courageous stand against the “intrusive restrictions” government officials are attempting to impose on churches in California. In a statement issued on Friday, Dr MacArthur accused civic leaders of exceeding their “legitimate jurisdiction” by ordering churches in the state to limit or suspend all meetings indefinitely. Dr MacArthur noted that while civil government is invested with divine authority to rule the state, civic rulers are not granted jurisdiction over the church. In other words, “freedom of worship is a command of God, not a…

The owners of Coon Cheese have decided to dump the brand name in a bit to help “eliminate racism in all its forms” following complaints that its branding is “racist.” Aboriginal activist Stephen Hagan and actor Josh Thomas called out the company earlier this year for their use of the word “Coon”, a historically racial slur that’s been used against people with dark skin. Despite the brand being originally named after its founder, Edward William Coon, parent company Saputo made the announcement today that the company would “retire the Coon brand name” in order to align with “current attitudes and…

At the end of the day, the tale of Joe Biden’s candidacy is a cautionary one of how far the Left will go to defeat its opponent at the cost of the country’s wellbeing. They overlook obvious missteps they would consider egregious otherwise, pretend there is no reason to doubt his abilities, and blast vitriol at those who do not jump on the bandwagon.

Bari Weiss’ resignation last week raised eyebrows, ruffled feathers, and furthered speculation about the existence of an internal war being waged between the traditional Left and radical Leftists within modern liberalism. This “civil war” isn’t new. What has been emerging from a series of high-profile defections and protests over the past decade, is evidence of an unstable hegemonic power purging itself of the rational in order to exalt the radical. Wiess’s protest exit adds to a growing list of intellectuals walking away from Leftism and its corrosive “convert, pay a tax or else” culture. The late Roger Scruton was exiled…

Former punter for the Kansas City Chiefs and Super Bowl Champion, Dustin Colquitt has urged the public to raise their voices for the voiceless and speak out in opposition to abortion. “I fear what’s currently happening in our state,” Colquitt said in a video for pro-life organisation Live Action. “Previously we’d made lots of progress to protect our women and our children, specifically our children in the womb. And as a father of five children myself, I think it’s insane that killing babies through abortion is legal at all.” Despite the pro-life movement making significant progress to reduce the number…
