The Muslim organisation that claimed immunity from Australian law, has reportedly been ordered to knock down its illegal compound and stop using the land for religious worship. According to the Daily Mail, the Land and Environment Court found the sect had undertaken land clearing and earthworks in breach of planning laws and had built structures without approval. The organisation previously refused access to council officers, reportedly calling them ‘Crusaders’ and an affront to Islam. Founder Mustapha Kara-Ali also refused to appear in court because “he did not recognise its authority.” “It is against our religion to be subject to any…

Free Speech Coalition writes: Axiomatic Events director, Dave Pellowe, has sent Victoria Police a letter explaining why he is refusing to pay the invoice for $67,842.50 they sent Axiomatic for police services outside the Lauren Southern & Stefan Molyneux Live event in Melbourne on 20 July. The letter from Axiomatic’s solicitor highlights concerns that, despite the skill and bravery of police on the ground in dealing with the violent behaviour of extremist individuals and organisations like Antifa, the government appears to blame the victim. Such a penalty gives the appearance of enabling the Thugs’ Veto, adding to the injuries extremists can…

Those who like to think that they are rational often go back to repeat David Hume’s essay against miracles, written in 1748. Here Hume wrote: ‘A miracle is a violation of the laws of nature; and as a firm and unalterable experience has established these laws, the proof against a miracle, from the very nature of the fact, is as entire as any argument from experience can possibly be imagined.’ This is then used as an argument against God’s being the creator of the world. Philosophically speaking, Hume’s statement contains as much assertion as argument, and is certainly vulnerable at…

Australia’s first Muslim Senator not only suggested it was racist to oppose Islam, she also accused Australians of building their nation on invasion and land theft. In her maiden speech Green’s Senator Mehreen Faruqi said, “We are gathered here today on stolen land… Australia is a nation built on the invasion and colonisation of sovereign nations. It surprises me and saddens me that this reality is still denied, often vehemently.” Ms Faruqi went on to say, “I bring to this chamber my track record in shaking things up and shifting the agenda on issues as diverse as: decriminalising abortion, drug…

What isn’t racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, phobicphobic, these days? With everybody competing to be the most offended minority group, it won’t be long until woke games are really a thing! WATCH:

With the rise of Islam, and the anti-Christian left, is it now possible that we have a resolute Christian as PM who is committed to the faith more than in name only; do we finally have a man who will defend the Faith? Last year, in an interview with Fairfax Media, Scott Morrison vowed to personally defend Christianity saying, he will not allow religious freedoms to be eroded in Australia. The then Treasurer said, “It all starts when you allow religious freedom [to be eroded], mockery to be made of your faith or your religious festivals – it always starts innocently and it’s…

An ethnic-Chinese woman has been sentence to 18 months in prison for blasphemy after complaining about the noise of a nearby mosque. The 44-year-old Buddhist woman named Meiliana said the Muslim call to prayer, played five times a day near her house in North Sumatra, was “too loud” and “hurt” her ears. After prosecutors argued that Meiliana was guilty of blaspheming Islam, presiding Judge Wahyu Prasetyo Wibowo said, “We declare that the defendant is legally and compellingly proven guilty of committing blasphemy against a certain religion that is professed in Indonesia.” The judge then sentenced Meiliana to one and a…

If you’re looking for inspiration, best steer clear of the “Inspiration” section in the latest edition of Oprah Winfrey’s “O” magazine. The July 2018 issue is promoting the ‘Shout your Abortion’ campaign. Council workers were reportedly abused and spat on when they confronted a Muslim organisation over illegal tree clearing and buildings. The organisation seemingly believes they are exempt from Australian law by claiming charity status. Australian Charities and Non-for-profits Commission has said, “No charity is above the law. All charities must act lawfully and reasonably in the pursuit of their charitable purpose. Charities cannot have a purpose of engaging in or promoting unlawful activity – this can be grounds for the revocation of charity status.” Senator Fraser Anning shared a video of the report on his Facebook page saying, “I have…

Healthline issued a statement on Tuesday saying, “Some people are under the impression that Healthline is now using the term ‘front hole’ instead of vagina. This is simply not true.” Their statement comes in response to our story titled, Healthline says, using the medical term ‘vagina’ is not gender-inclusive language, uses ‘front hole’ instead.  “In no instance in this guide are we saying we want to replace the word vagina,” the statement goes on to say. “Nothing in the article indicates we’re endorsing a change in verbiage.” Now, if you were to visit their website, at least the page we originally…

Australia’s first Muslim Senator, Mehreen Faruqi has used her maiden speech to warn against the normalisation of racism in Australia. According to Ms Faruqi, migrants no longer feel welcome in Australia because “bigotry and xenophobia have been allowed to flourish.” Ms Faruqi admitted that racism, sexism and discrimination have always existed, but claims these things are now legitimised, normalised and even encouraged by our media and politicians. An example Ms Faruqi appealed to was Senator Fraser Anning’s maiden speech in which he described the Muslim culture as being the least capable of assimilation. And of course, according to Ms Faruqi,…

Senator Cory Bernardi has ripped into Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull’s leadership saying, “This self-indulgent and selfish experiment of Malcolm Turnbull reshaping the Liberal Party in his image is a failure.” “It’s seen the base flee. Islamic activist Anjem Choudary once said, “By 2050, Britain will be a majority Muslim country. It will be the end of freedom of democracy and submission to God. We don’t believe in democracy, as soon as they have authority, Muslims should implement Sharia. This is what we’re trying to teach people.” This Islamic ideal is quickly becoming a reality in Britain. As OAN reports, “White British people will soon be outnumbered by Muslim migrants in the city of Birmingham.” WATCH:

In an interview on the ABC’s Law Report, lawyer Zaahir Edries, revealed the Australian Border Force has the power to seize your mobile phone or laptop, search the contents, and even make copies of everything that’s on your smart devices. Mr Edries told host Damien Carrick, “What it means is that anything you have on your phone, as a passenger, is open to scrutiny or interrogation by ABF officers.” While Mr Edries admits empirical evidence indicating how often such searches take place is “not quite collated as well as civil liberties organisations might want,” from an anecdotal perspective, he believes…

Once upon a time, there was a lot of talk about tolerance. That was the buzz word. But have you noticed that we don’t hear it so much these days? There’s a reason for that. It’s because, as R.C. Sproul Jr. rightly said, “tolerance was never the goal, approval is. We who give the former but not the latter will not be tolerated.” Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau confirmed that recently during a speech delivered in Yankee Stadium for 31,000 New York University graduates and guests. “I think we can aim a little higher than mere tolerance,” Trudeau said.…

The dog is free to do it or walk away. There is no dominance over the dog. That seems to me harmless.” WATCH: When asked in another interview if he had similar thoughts regarding…

A 17-year-old boy has been suspended from a Victorian school for wearing shorts in winter. The student copped the suspension for violating the school’s winter uniform policy, which allows students to either wear long pants or a skirt with tights. But according to the boy’s mother, the shorts were worn due to a medical condition which can cause overheating and nose bleeds. A staff member allegedly told the boy’s mother that skirts and tights were ‘gender neutral’ and suggested he wear the pairing instead of shorts. “When a teacher tells me my son can wear a skirt and tights but…
