A Muslim woman has appeared in a Facebook video, lamenting the “great misery” Muslims suffer by living in Australia. In the 4-minute clip, the woman explains, “I’m living in a deadly, and catastrophic, man-made system called Capitalism, which oppresses humanity across the world… It is completely and utterly responsible for causing great misery and suffering… for people, such as myself, living in Western countries, like Australia.” Now, you’d think, if somebody didn’t like where they lived, they might easily pack up and move to their preferred location. Well, that’s not an option for this woman. She doesn’t want to change…

Nope, it’s not April Fools Day. That was almost three weeks ago. This is unfortunately real. Australian soldiers have been banned from wearing “symbols of death” because they encourage “arrogance.” Such symbols include the skull and crossbones, the grim reaper, and the Phantom. According to The Australian, “Chief of Army Lt Gen Campbell on Tuesday issued the directive to the Army banning the ‘display or adoption of symbols, emblems and iconography’ which he says are ‘at odds with the army’s values and the ethical force we seek to build and sustain.” Banned symbols include the skull and cross bones, which…

Muslim activist, Yassmin Abdel-Magied, was born in Khartoum, Sudan. After an Islamic military coup overthrew the government, Yassmin and her family fled to the safety of Australia. Since moving to Australia, Yassmin has found freedom, wealth, “fame,” and success. All of these, of course, were graciously secured for her through the selfless sacrifices of our Anzac heroes. Yet in a display of incredible ingratitude, Yassmin now maintains her “fame” by disrespecting, not the violent, Islamic country she fled, but the country that accepted her, and that now grants her all the freedoms she has. Last year Yassmin copped criticism after…

Avi Yemini and Charlie from Verum Media have sat down to talk about their common goals. The 20-minute exchange can be viewed below. There is a growing new media trend in Australia. It’s pretty well established overseas now. Australians are slowly getting used to the idea, but it is growing.

What do you do when there is no celebrity news? Fake it. Media Watch has revealed how popular Women’s Magazines are misleading their readers with fake photos. You can watch the segment below.

A Melbourne father was stabbed in the neck in an Islamic State-inspired attacked which was carried out in front of his five year old daughter. The attacker was a 24 year old, female Bangladeshi student, who had only moved in with the family two days prior as part of a student placement program. According to the victim, the woman screamed “Allahu Akbar” moments before the attack. 9 News reports on the incident in the video below.

Should the ABC be defunded? Should they have their budget cut? Or should they be sold off? What should be done with the ABC? In the video below, Verum Media offers some thoughtful comments.

Reflecting on the reality that God was sovereign over his life, Israel Folau sought to reason this point to others on Instagram and Twitter. Speaking to others in this new marketplace of ideas where pithy soundbites win, he was queried, “May we know how homosexuals fit within this teaching that you are presenting?” He responded: “HELL… Unless they repent of their sins and turn to God.” Eleven words was all it took. Many scorned, and the nation was inflamed against Folau. Well, not the nation, but certainly that which touts itself as the proverbial mouthpiece of the nation – the…

If you haven’t read Peter FitzSimons’ column lately, you’re not missing much. Last week, FitzSimons took a swipe at Israel Folau for suggesting homosexuals will go to hell unless they repent. Now, naturally, FitzSimons was deeply concerned about all those poor homosexual people who might read the rugby star’s “homophobic comments” and feel bad about themselves. Solution? Heap ridicule on all Christians, because you know, tolerance and inclusion, and what not… In his piece titled, Folau’s comments are an anathema to the greatest of rugby values, FitzSimons ironically claims: “the greatest of all rugby values is inclusion. We want everyone on…

Benjamin Law is one of five “prominent Australians” to be selected as an ambassador to help the National Library of Australia celebrate it’s 50th anniversary. I mean, isn’t he the obvious choice? He’s just so darn good with words… Warning: highly offensive language.

While Israel Folau continues to cop criticism for answering a question about his faith, The National Library of Australia has made Benjamin Law their Ambassador. Yes, the foul-mouthed bloke who no one really knew until he said he’d “hate f-ck all the anti-gay MPs in parliament…” Yes, really. That’s their pick. That’s the guy they went with. Of all the people in Australia, they considered him the best… @mrbenjaminlaw celebrates being made an @nlagovau Ambassador with, what else but a selfie. @garthnix and @reallykazcooke were also honoured with the title by our CEO Marie-Louise Ayres and Council Chair Ryan Stokes.…

The NSW Justices Association received instruction from the NSW Department of Justice, earlier this week, warning Justices of the Peace could be suspended or fired if they refuse to witness for same-sex marriages. The notice goes on to state, refusal to witness, even on religious grounds, “would amount to unlawful discrimination under anti-discrimination legislation.” Refusing to witness a Commonwealth Notice of Intention to Marry on the basis that the two signatories on the form are of the same sex even if that refusal was on religious grounds, would amount to unlawful discrimination under anti-discrimination legislation… Accordingly, JPs appointed in NSW…

The ABC continue to pump out garbage at the taxpayer’s expense. Here’s a recent skit from Tonightly with Tom Ballard ridiculing widely accepted Christian beliefs. I wonder if they’ll treat Islamic teachings with such scorn next week? Probably not. That would bring a whole new meaning to the phrase ‘laughing your head off.’ No doubt they’ll cowardly stick to mocking the religion that teaches its followers to turn the other cheek – and the taxpayer will keep paying them to do so…

Israel Folau, has caused controversy this week after posting an “offensive” and “homophobic” comment on his Instagram account. The rugby star’s initial Instagram post included a citation of James 1:2-4, which states: Consider it all joy when you encounter various trials, because the testing of your faith produces endurance… so that you may be lacking in nothing. In the comments section, a follower asked Folau, “what was gods [sic] plan for gay people?” Folau replied, consistent with the Bible and 2,000 years of Christian teaching, by saying, “HELL.. Unless they repent of their sins and turn to God.” Doesn't quite…

What’s this? It’s the victim card. What’s that? It’s the fabrication of victimhood to justify one’s own poor behaviour. And it was recently played by the ABC in response to the backlash they received for their racist ‘Privilege Song’ video. “It was just a kid’s show,” they cried. “What sort of grown man gets upset about a children’s program?” Well, on the off chance that anyone out there still buys their garbage, here’s one more glimpse at the “kid’s show” they just can’t comprehend anybody finding objectionable. There are many different sexualities… The word Queer hasn’t always been a positive or…

John Anderson, the former Deputy Prime Minister of Australia, sat down for a fascinating conversation with Canadian professor, Jordan B Peterson. The entire exchange can be viewed below.

The ABC created a children’s video attacking straight, white, males. Naturally, they were called out for peddling racist, marxist content. Now, like most bullies, the ABC are playing the victim. In the video below, Verum Media offers a response: What bothers me personally the most about it is that I am NOT a white man and yet I live very well in this society. My family came here, they worked hard, they built a future for themselves. But I could imagine if there was a migrant, or there was someone who wasn’t white, who was going through a tough time…

If you haven’t already heard, ABC ME recently removed their entire Facebook page. The decision to pull the page came in response to the backlash they received from a video titled, ‘The Privilege Song.’ The clip, originally aired during a program on ABC ME, was designed to introduced children to “white privilege.” Yesterday, the ABC responded to the whole incident again. This time with another rap video, even worse than the first. The sequel/spoof, called ‘The Internet Song,’ follows the original video by comparing two stereotypical characters. The first is a woman named Carol. Like all women, Carol uses the internet to…

Fr Rod Bower, the “priest” at Gosford Anglican Church has changed his church sign to read, “Dutton is a Sodomite.” In a post on Facebook, Fr Bower explains, “the sin of Sodom is greatly misunderstood by those who usually choose to do so, it has nothing to do with homosexuality, it is all about hospitality, or more to the point lack there of, and particularly about the condition of the heart that leads to inhospitable behaviour.” Is Fr Bower correct? The story of Sodom and Gomorrah’s destruction begins in Genesis 18, when Abraham is met by the LORD and two…

Does Australian law favour the criminal and punish the victim? Should the law change to allow individuals to carry non-lethal self-defense items? Senator David Leyonhjelm today said: Police and others in the security industry can carry items to protect themselves, why can’t fellow citizens? When you need the police in seconds, they are minutes away. Not everybody can win a fight unarmed. Sydney Watson explains, “the reality is that criminals who set out with the intent on causing harm are probably going to be armed. What disturbs me more than anything is the fact that Australians are completely unable to…
