Christians vs Antifa: ‘This is why I love Christians,’ says Avi Yemini
Thousands of pro-life Australians turned out in Melbourne this month to protest Victoria’s extreme abortion laws and show support for mothers and their babies. This year’s ‘March For The Babies’ marks the 10th anniversary of the protest, which has been held annually since the decriminalization of abortion in Victoria. Avi Yemini of TR News, who has said he does not hold a strong opinion on the issue of abortion, also attended the event. During the march, Yemini interviewed folks on both sides of the debate, and the contrast between the two groups couldn’t be starker. Following the protest, Yemini described…
Health Minister Poses With Baby Born at 29 Weeks, Less Than a Month After Arguing for a Mother’s Right to Kill the Same Child in the Womb
The New South Wales health minister has posed for a photograph with a baby born at 29 weeks, less than a month after backing an abortion bill making it legal to kill the same child in the womb. The Reproductive Health Reform Bill 2019, as it’s euphemistically named, passed in the NSW parliament last month, overturning a century-old law, after the state’s health minister, Brad Hazzard, urged his colleagues to “right a wrong enacted into law 119 years ago”. Hazzard supported the bill, which has essentially legalised abortion on demand up to 22-weeks. After 22 weeks, Hazzard said, a woman…
Red October: March for the Babies Victoria, Marks 10 Years of Advocating Justice for the Unborn
March for The Babies is marking the 10th anniversary of their continuing stand against the Victorian Abortion Law Reform Act 2008. Victoria’s abortion law passed 11 years ago. It defines abortion as ‘intentionally causing the termination of a woman’s pregnancy by – using an instrument; drug, combination of drugs or any other means.’ The law allows for this violent interruption of a pregnancy up to 24 weeks without question. It also allows for abortions past 24 weeks, if a Doctor ‘reasonably believes that the abortion is appropriate and has consulted at least one other medical practitioner who agrees’ with the…
Aborted babies intentionally born alive, but the alternative methods of killing are just as horrific
The issue of babies being born alive, and not provided life-saving care is one that many find horrifying. I addressed this issue in this article and a table detailing the statistics of this in Victoria is available here. The figures are taken from original government reports which are compiled here for ease of reference. What seems to be misunderstood in some of the media reporting is the way in which this occurs and the intentionality of it, with some journalists and those they interview describing such events as ‘mistakes’. In some cases, this may be true, but for the most…
Fact checking the ABC Fact Checker
ABC Fact Check, in this article, have decided that information regarding a 39% increase in late-term abortions in the years since 2008 is WRONG, although the data they sourced from our website at Real Choices Australia was demonstrated to be correct with only one year, 2000 being queried. I received this query a few days ago in an email from Ms Fact Checker, in which she let me know that all the figures in this table had been cross-referenced with the CCOPPMM reports and found to be correct except for the year 2000, which Ms Fact Checker was having difficulty…
Feminist says we didn’t notice or care about “potential humans” never born
Jane Caro is one of those feminists who seem to have been dared to say something increasingly stupid or evil every day, and still isn’t finding that hard. I’m personally grateful for the many authentic revelations she offers into the toxic cult which is feminism. Today is a day ending in /y/, and yet again we can observe the perverse post-truth abomination which feminism has become over the last few generations. Untold trillions of potential humans have never been born. They neither noticed nor cared, nor did we. — Jane Caro (@JaneCaro) September 16, 2019 Feminists might not care, but…
Australia needs a national Sanctity of Life Sunday
Sometimes you’ll hear a federal politician claim abortion is just a state issue. Yet in the lead up to this year’s federal election, the federal Labor Party announced a national abortion policy that sought to make abortion easier and completely tax-payer subsidised. They threatened state health funding if abortion wasn’t available in all public hospitals, promised to build an abortion facility in Tasmania, and “encouraged” NSW to liberalise abortion laws. Although Coalition politicians refused to be drawn on the controversial issue, the Australian Christian Lobby and Cherish Life campaigned against Labor’s policy. Labor lost the election, and Labor MP Ed Husic…
The Australian Pro-Life movement is growing: Crowd of 10,000 people rally in Sydney to defend the unborn
Thousands of pro-life families gathered at Sydney’s Hyde Park on Sunday afternoon to take a stand for the lives of the most vulnerable members of our society. The ‘Stand for Life’ rally, which reportedly attracted 10,000 people, was organised in response to one of the most radical abortion bills in the country. The Reproductive Healthcare Reform Bill 2019, as it’s euphemistically named, will legalise abortion on demand, by any method, up to 22-weeks. Beyond that point, right up until birth, all that is required for an abortion is the consent of two abortion doctors. The bill even prevents an aborted…
The Elderly and Babies are Refugees Too
In a sign of just how far Western Civilisation has declined, the most dangerous place for a child to be is in her mother’s womb. Similarly, if the rest of Australia follows the leftist fad being currently pursued in states such as Victoria, then euthanasia laws will slowly erode our sense that life is sacred, as well as the belief that doctors should protect our lives. In the midst of this moral crisis, one group, in particular, seems to be somewhat selective in their moral outrage. Mainstream Christians—most of whom identify as Protestant—are often reluctant to speak out publicly in…
Family find the remains of more than 2,200 fetuses at abortion doctor’s home
The remains of more than 2,200 unborn babies have been discovered at the home of a former abortion doctor who died earlier this month. Dr Ulrich Klopfer, who is thought to have performed tens of thousands of abortions, collected 2,246 medically preserved fetuses at his home in Will County, Illinois. Family members made the gruesome discovery while going through Klopfer’s private property following his death on September 3. An attorney for the family notified the coroner’s office of the find. According to a statement released by the Will County Sheriff’s Office, police found no evidence that any medical procedure was…
WATCH: Pro-abortion advocates chant: “Put the fetus in the bin”
LifeChoice Australia has captured a mob of pro-abortion advocates in Sydney parading their utter disdain for human life. In a 20-second clip uploaded to social media, the crowd of pro-abort protesters can be heard chanting: “We will fight. We will win. Put the fetus in the bin.” Once upon a time, pro-aborts used to pretend they thought abortion was ugly but at times necessary. Keep it safe, legal, and rare, they’d say. Now they unashamedly celebrate the slaughter of the unborn, push for easier access to kill babies, and publicly #shoutyourabortion as though killing your own child is a badge…
It’s Time to Terminate ‘Pro-Choice’ MP’s
To use an old Labor slogan, ‘It’s Time’. It’s time that all of the MP’s in NSW who claim to be religious but support the killing of unborn children should be asked to leave. They’re obviously not going to go of their own accord, so it’s especially beholden upon the likes of Anthony Fisher, the Catholic Archbishop of Sydney, to excommunicate them. Yes, it really is that serious. The My Community Partnership grants will be released this week. And there will be dozens of photo opportunities for proud MP’s to have their pictures taken outside various sandstone buildings. But if…
Free Pro-Life Posters Now Available for Downloading and Printing
Last month, thousands of people gathered in Sydney to protest the New South Wales government’s extreme abortion bill that will essentially allow children to be killed for any reason right up until the final moments of pregnancy. The turn out was truly amazing, but there is still work to be done! On Sunday, September 15 at 2:30pm, pro-lifers will gather again for the second Stand for Life Rally to peacefully protest this radical proposed legislation. Organisers for the event have said, “This is our last opportunity to fight against this extreme Bill. We need you there.” For those wishing to…
Sex-Selective Abortion: 70 Million More Men Than Women in China and India After 23 Million Girls Killed
It’s ironic how abortion is often portrayed as benefiting women, and yet when the decision to abort a baby is made on the basis of sex, girls are far more likely to be killed than boys. A huge analysis of worldwide population data suggests sex-selective abortions have led to the slaughter of at least 23 million unborn girls, the majority of whom are from China and India. According to researchers, evidence was found of an unnatural excess of males in 12 countries since the 1970s. It’s no coincidence that this imbalance coincided with the rise in availability of sex-selective abortions.…
Then They Came…
Like many, my heart has become heavy over the past several weeks as legislation which sought to decriminalise foeticide was pushed through the NSW Legislative Assembly (the lower house) and was successfully passed 59-31. While it must pass the Legislative Council (upper house) in order to be enacted into law, it is immensely likely that pass it will. The sadness that I, and many others, feel however isn’t solely restricted to the Reproductive Healthcare Reform bill in of itself, but what it is representative of. Namely, the moral—or rather immoral—state of current society. We’ve not only moved away from the Judeo-Christian…
Cheerleader accused of smashing in her newborn daughter’s skull and burying the body in the backyard
A cheerleader in Ohio will face trial next month, accused of smashing in her newborn daughter’s skull, burning her body, and burying her in the backyard garden. Brooke Skylar Richardson is alleged to have murdered her daughter Annabelle shortly after giving birth back in 2017, just days after her high school prom, The Sun reports. The now 20-year-old, who has been under house arrest for more than a year, has been charged with aggravated murder, involuntary manslaughter, endangering children, tampering with evidence and abuse of a corpse. Richardson’s lawyers have accused prosecutors of sensationalising the story by turning it into…
“No dignity, no justice in it”: Nurse shattered after finding baby left to die following failed abortion, mother left inconsolable
In the early ’90s, Caren, an agency nurse in Sydney, Australia, came across a baby boy who was left alone to die next to a hospital clinical waste bin. The baby was born alive and left in a cold stainless steel kidney dish for about two hours after his mother decided to abort him at 20-weeks. “I didn’t know what to do,” Caren said. “Because this was an abortion and you’re not allowed to intervene, I just did not know what to do. But there was nobody treating that baby. That baby was breathing and yet I couldn’t go and…
Lies, Damned Lies and Statistics
I recently went to see my local member who also happens to be the NSW Opposition Leader, Jodi McKay, about the now notorious ‘Reproductive Rights Bill’ which she had so jubilantly spoken in favour of in the Lower House. And she very kindly gave me a copy of her speech in which she made the oft-repeated assertion: Between 20 and 25 per cent of women in Australia will have an abortion in their lifetime. Seeing that Ms McKay is a former lobbyist for Family Planning NSW—and is still the ‘phone voice’ you hear when you call—I initially took the accuracy…
Mark Latham’s Churchillian Moment: “Gladys Has Betrayed NSW”
In a speech on Tuesday night, One Nation MP, Mark Latham, joined a growing chorus of opposition voicing their concerns over the poor process applied to the recent NSW abortion bill. Latham joins Liberal MP Natasha Maclaren-Jones, the National Party’s, Barnaby Joyce and Dr David Gillespie, in criticising the rushed bill, deceptively called ‘The Reproductive Health Care Reform Bill’. The abortion bill passed the lower house (legislative assembly) by 59 to 31 on August 9. The MP responsible for introducing the bill was “Independent” member for Sydney, Alex Greenwich, whose candidacy (for context) was backed by Leftist golden girl, and…
The looming leadership crisis in the NSW Liberal Party
Just weeks away from what’s sure to be a roiling State Council meeting, the realisation is dawning that Gladys Berejiklian is not the party leader Liberals are looking for. Anger is also growing, especially amongst socially conservative members, with the feeling they were deceived into helping her get elected only to implement radically ‘progressive’ policies much of the party opposes. It was not the leadership of Gladys Berejiklian which remarkably wrested likely government from the New South Wales Labor Party at that election. Far more significant was a simple question from Senator Eric Abetz which resulted in the resignation of Labor Leader,…
