Canada’s Supreme Court has told a Christian law school they should abandon biblical values if they want accreditation. The Supreme Court ruled 7-2 against Trinity Western University’s (TWU) Law School, after LGBT activists argued the Law School’s Christian values discriminate against LGBT students. “In a pair of 7-2 rulings, the majority of justices found the law societies of British Columbia and Ontario have the power to refuse accreditation based on Trinity Western University’s so-called community covenant,” which requires: …that all students and faculty pursue a holy life ‘characterized by humility, self-sacrifice, mercy and justice, and mutual submission for the good…

To celebrate Gay Pride month, CBC Canadian television host Jessi Cruickshank sat down with a group of young children to discuss “sexual diversity,” “gay marriage,” the “advantages” of having parents of the same gender, and “gay celebrities.” Cruickshank also admitted to the children that she once questioned her own sexuality after finding herself several times watching nude scenes involving actress Jodie Foster. This article was originally published on Mark Latham’s Outsiders. I worry that Australia is sleep walking its way to disaster. Political correctness, identity politics and cultural Marxism have run through our institutions at an astonishing rate. There’s not enough public awareness of where these changes have come from and what they mean for the future. Media headlines focus on each controversy in isolation. But we need to understand the overall pattern. The Left has launched a cultural invasion of Australia based on the concept of ‘fluidity’. Everything we thought was fixed in our understanding of the world – such as…

The All Blacks have hit back after Australian rugby star, Israel Folau, caused controversy last month by publicly citing the biblical view of homosexuality. In a display of solidarity with the LGBTQ “community,” the New Zealand rugby team will now sport a jersey that reveals the LGBTQ rainbow when stretched. The new jerseys are part of the #DiversityIsStrength campaign, headed up by team sponsor AIG Insurance. An ad for the campaign was also released on the All Blacks official Facebook page. In call-to-arms style, the ad’s narrator calls for thousands, even millions, to help fight in the “next battle” against…

60 Minutes laments: “In 2018, is it too much to ask that women be paid the same amount as men for doing the same job? Apparently the answer is yes. In Australia – and most other western countries – the wage gap between the sexes is substantial.” According to Peterson, “There’s no evidence whatsoever that diversity, as measured by racial or gender representation has any bearing whatsoever on creativity, productivity, outcome… None of that research is credible in the least. It’s not at all.” Men and women make different amounts of money. Well sorry, that’s not a fine grained enough…

A Muslim woman has appeared in a Facebook video, lamenting the “great misery” Muslims suffer by living in Australia. In the 4-minute clip, the woman explains, “I’m living in a deadly, and catastrophic, man-made system called Capitalism, which oppresses humanity across the world… It is completely and utterly responsible for causing great misery and suffering… for people, such as myself, living in Western countries, like Australia.” Now, you’d think, if somebody didn’t like where they lived, they might easily pack up and move to their preferred location. Well, that’s not an option for this woman. She doesn’t want to change…

It’s truly remarkable that there is a marketing team out there that thought it would be a good idea for ANZ Australia to take sides in one of the most divisive national debates of our time. Of the 12.7 million Australians who voted in the Same-Sex Marriage survey, 38.4% of votes fell on one side, 61.6% fell on the other. At the risk of offending 4,873,987 potential Australian customers, ANZ Australia has introduced the GAYTM. Yes, they’ve managed to sexualise a bank transaction, although they look more like something from the set of George Clooney’s, Batman and Robin. AGL Energy…

The results of the same-sex plebiscite were announced on 15 November 2017, and a few weeks later Australia became the 26th nation in the world to legislate for same-sex marriage. The Prime Minister was beside himself, as he punched the air, like an Aussie batsman who had just scored a century against the old foe, England. ‘Australia has done it,’ he proclaimed, ‘What a day for love, for equality, for respect.’ Step aside Neville Chamberlain who was overjoyed at guaranteeing peace in our time in 1938. Here is Malcolm Turnbull in 2017: ‘This belongs to us all. This is Australia…

In a previous article, we noted that the goal of multiculturalism is “diversity in harmony,” however that end will not be achieved unless all parties involved share that same goal. Sadly, that’s not the case. While all peoples are equal, all cultures are not, despite the delusions of the cultural relativists. That’s why, as Mark Steyn rightly noted: The interesting thing about multiculturalism is it’s a uni-cultural phenomenon. You can’t be multicultural in Saudi Arabia, it’s impossible. The Pew Research Center found, 88% of Muslims in Egypt; 62% in Pakistan; 86% in Jordan and 51% in Nigeria, believe Muslim apostates…

In Miranda Devine’s latest piece, she argues, “It is time for honesty about the source of the terrorist threat in this country, and the make-up of our refugee intake. There are plenty of Christian and Yazidi refugees in the world to help, without offering to share our home with people who want to kill us.” Mark Steyn made a similar call in response to the recent attack in Melbourne, stating, “Instead of attempting to ring-fence every potential target – i.e., everything and everyone – with Diversity Bollards, we could try installing bollards where they matter – around the civilized world.”…

Commenting on the recent events in Melbourne, Mark Steyn writes: One of the problems with bollarding off pedestrians behind a wall of Diversity Bollards is that they still occasionally have to emerge from behind the bollards to cross the street, and it’s hard to bollard off a pedestrian crossing. In this case, the non-terror-related Australian citizen simply waited until the little green sign indicated it was safe for pedestrians to cross the street and then floored it. In an amusing touch, his car eventually came to a rest against a bollard. What’s the solution? Maybe automobile manufacturers could replace airbags…

What is Cultural Marxism? You may have never heard the term before, but you’ve certainly been exposed to the ideology. Andrew Breitbart said, “we experience [Cultural Marxism] on a day to day basis, by that I mean a minute by minute, second by second basis. It’s political correctness and it’s multiculturalism.” Where Classical Marxism was concerned with the class warfare between the wealthy and the working class, Cultural Marxism shifts the focus to the conflict between an oppressive, privileged majority, and oppressed, under-privileged minorities. Whether an individual is oppressed or an oppressor depends on certain aspects of that individual’s identity,…

Do you remember when advocates of same-sex marriage mocked the Coalition for Marriage for this video? Well, I hope Melissa Kang, Associate professor at University of Technology Sydney, wasn’t one of them. In an article titled, We have marriage equality, now we need LGBTQI+-inclusive sexuality education in schools, Kang argues: Australia voted in favour of equality. The marriage equality bill has passed, and the mandate to deliver inclusive sexuality education in schools is more pressing than ever. LGBTQI+-inclusive sexuality education should embrace diversity in the classroom, the staff-room and in whole-of-school policies. LGBTQI+-inclusive sexuality education reduces negative stereotypes and biases, creating…

James Damore, was the senior software engineer at Google. That is, until he was fired for doing, what he now describes as, the unforgivable. Damore’s actions were considered so controversial that the incident remained headline news for days. If by chance, you’re not familiar with Damore’s dismissal, you might be wondering what injustice he had been committed to warrant such a response. In his own words: “My crime: I wrote an internal document, that among other things, suggested that men and women, on average, are different. Like I told you, unforgivable.” Yes, that is exactly as ridiculous as it sounds.…

In what sense is Safe Schools compulsory? The Safe Schools program was designed for a “whole-school approach.” That means, when properly implemented, it ought to reach every aspect of the school and wider community. In fact, the Safe Schools Guide encourages all schools to adopt this broader approach. While the Safe Schools program may not be compulsory for all schools, the “whole-school approach” essentially makes it compulsory for all students once a school decides to participate. [poll id=”2″] The Safe Schools Guide suggests that teachers integrate LGBTQ issues into school assemblies, social media, by displaying posters and stickers celebrating homosexuality,…
