Israel Folau, has caused controversy this week after posting an “offensive” and “homophobic” comment on his Instagram account. The rugby star’s initial Instagram post included a citation of James 1:2-4, which states: Consider it all joy when you encounter various trials, because the testing of your faith produces endurance… so that you may be lacking in nothing. In the comments section, a follower asked Folau, “what was gods [sic] plan for gay people?” Folau replied, consistent with the Bible and 2,000 years of Christian teaching, by saying, “HELL.. Unless they repent of their sins and turn to God.” Doesn't quite…

Indoctrinating children with radical Marxist ideologies seems to be high priority for the folks at the ABC. The national broadcaster has featured a segment on ABC ME designed to introduce children to, “The Privilege Bridge.” What is the Privilege Bridge? According to the clip, it’s “a metaphor for explaining how some people have advantages and opportunities granted to them just cos how they were born.” In short, Cultural Marxism. In an article titled, Cultural Marxism Explained: The End of the West, we pointed out that “where Classical Marxism was concerned with class warfare between the wealthy and the working class, Cultural Marxism shifts…

A government-funded pre-apprenticeship academy in Bristol reported a Christian teacher to Counter Terrorism after they deemed her a “radicalisation threat.” Svetlana Powell, a teacher of almost 20 years, was fired for “gross misconduct” after she answered a student’s question about her faith. The incident took place after a disruptive student became argumentative about the tutor’s personal beliefs. Other students soon joined the conversation and began challenging Mrs Powell’s faith on various issues. The student who initially challenged the teacher then asked for her personal views on homosexuality. Mrs Powell responded by stating that she believed homosexuality was against God’s will.…

Paul Murray from Sky News, a proponent of Same-Sex Marriage, has recently conceded, “Cory Bernardi and others were right.” During his show, Paul Murray Live, Murray stated: I believed that the YES vote was the right case and I believed it for a long time… But Cory Bernardi and others were right. It wasn’t just about a vote about marriage. In fact, it would be about rolling back the way the system currently works for religious organisations to decide whether or not they can hire people based on their sexuality, whether they can decide to marry people based on their…

Many years ago, recorded for us in Genesis chapter 6-9, God destroys the whole earth, save 8 people and 2 of each animal. It was the wickedness of man’s heart that led to this destruction. “When the LORD saw that man’s wickedness was widespread on the earth and that every scheme his mind thought of was nothing but evil all the time, the LORD regretted that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. Then the LORD said, “I will wipe off the face of the earth: man, whom I created, together with the…

What is Cultural Marxism? You may have never heard the term before, but you’ve certainly been exposed to the ideology. Andrew Breitbart said, “we experience [Cultural Marxism] on a day to day basis, by that I mean a minute by minute, second by second basis. It’s political correctness and it’s multiculturalism.” Where Classical Marxism was concerned with the class warfare between the wealthy and the working class, Cultural Marxism shifts the focus to the conflict between an oppressive, privileged majority, and oppressed, under-privileged minorities. Whether an individual is oppressed or an oppressor depends on certain aspects of that individual’s identity,…

All they seem to talk about is genitals, sexuality, toilets, and educating your children. And it’s creepy! Now, the Daily Mail reports: Norrie, a 56 year old, transgender activist, wants “gender-neutral toilets introduced at all major venues across Australia.” Norrie, who was born a man but identifies as neither a man nor a woman, told Daily Mail: “Every now and again, maybe once in a hundred times now, nowadays I walk into the ladies’ loos and someone wants to pick a fight with my gender… My plumbing is nobody’s business really even when I’m in the toilet.” During the 2017 Marriage Equality…

If good and bad are ultimately defined by culture, then the moral relativist must grant that there is always a circumstance in which every act, even the most heinous, can be justified.

Paula Gerber, Professor of Human Rights Law, at Monash University said: “Australia should lend its support to persecuted LGBTI people in other parts of the world. This includes the Asia-Pacific region where 19 countries criminalise homosexuality.” This is the hypocrisy and inconsistency of many who voted YES to SSM: YES advocates were quick to dismiss religious people who claimed morality is defined by the Bible, not our culture. Given the fact that Gerber’s position on SSM contradicts Jesus’ definition of marriage, we may safely assume that she does not consider the Bible the supreme voice on moral matters. And if…

Do you remember when advocates of same-sex marriage mocked the Coalition for Marriage for this video? Well, I hope Melissa Kang, Associate professor at University of Technology Sydney, wasn’t one of them. In an article titled, We have marriage equality, now we need LGBTQI+-inclusive sexuality education in schools, Kang argues: Australia voted in favour of equality. The marriage equality bill has passed, and the mandate to deliver inclusive sexuality education in schools is more pressing than ever. LGBTQI+-inclusive sexuality education should embrace diversity in the classroom, the staff-room and in whole-of-school policies. LGBTQI+-inclusive sexuality education reduces negative stereotypes and biases, creating…

Author, Pat Miller, once said, “The best way to take control over a people and control them utterly is to take a little of their freedom at a time, to erode rights by a thousand tiny and almost imperceptible reductions. In this way, the people will not see those rights and freedoms being removed until past the point at which these changes cannot be reversed.” Paula Gerber, Professor of Human Rights Law, at Monash University, has recently stated: “…once the celebrations from Australia achieving marriage equality have subsided, the fight for LGBTI people to live free from discrimination will continue.” So, what does…

It’s amazing how quickly the “YES Equality” advocates have turned into the exact opposite of what they supposedly professed. “NO Equality” is on the rise and I suspect, given their recent victory in the postal survey, campaigners will be looking for new battles to fight. In fact, we’re already beginning to witness it unfold. Just take a look at some of the material being pushed on social media. Magda Szubanski wants a marriage bill with #NoExemptions. That means, tolerance and acceptance are not enough. She demands participation, whether you like it or not. This totalitarian mentality extends beyond the Twitterverse,…

In the article titled, To Christians arguing ‘no’ on marriage equality: the Bible is not decisive, Robyn J. Whitaker suggests the story of Sodom and Gomorrah, as recorded in Genesis 19, has “nothing to say about homosexuality.” The destruction of the two cities is rather attributed to “sexual violence and rape.” But is Whitaker’s analysis correct? The story of Sodom and Gomorrah’s destruction begins in Genesis 18, when Abraham is met by the LORD and two angels. After the LORD told Abraham, “the outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is great and their sin is very grave” (v.20), the two angels departed in the direction…

In what sense is Safe Schools compulsory? The Safe Schools program was designed for a “whole-school approach.” That means, when properly implemented, it ought to reach every aspect of the school and wider community. In fact, the Safe Schools Guide encourages all schools to adopt this broader approach. While the Safe Schools program may not be compulsory for all schools, the “whole-school approach” essentially makes it compulsory for all students once a school decides to participate. [poll id=”2″] The Safe Schools Guide suggests that teachers integrate LGBTQ issues into school assemblies, social media, by displaying posters and stickers celebrating homosexuality,…
