Most honest, level-headed people on both sides of the political aisle would agree that the unrestrained, self-centered use of censorship as a weapon, is barbaric discrimination.

Mark Latham has introduced a proposed law to force the NSW Anti-Discrimination Board to: Reject vexatious and frivolous complaints; and Reject complaints against people with brain damage. This bill also clarifies that the ADB has no power over people who do not live in New South Wales and closes a loophole that allows vexatious complainants to bring matters to the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal, even if they have been rejected. The truth is that none of these changes should be necessary. However, the ADB has become so drunk on its own power that it is out of…

THE BRAVE new world in which we live makes it difficult to know how to react to research that suggests certain ethnic groups might be aborting girls because they prefer boys. A 2018 Latrobe University study of more than a million births in Victoria found that, in key migrant communities, there were as many as 125 boys born for every 100 girls. This was a male birth rate 20% higher than if nature was left to take its course. Lead researcher Dr Kristina Edvardsson said the results were evidence that “systematic discrimination against females starts in the womb”. “We believe…

Anchorage officials took action against the refuge, Downtown Hope Center, and opened an investigation into the allegation of gender identity discrimination. According to David Cortman of the Alliance Defending Freedom, when the transgender individual, Samantha Coyle, approached the facility, it was after hours. “He was inebriated,” Cortman told KTUU. “He was injured. He had just come from a fight where he was kicked out of another shelter.” The shelter…

The ABC employee who said he wonders if he would “hate f*ck” Christian MP’s who opposed same-sex marriage, has offered us yet again another lesson in civility. Benjamin Law, champion of tolerance and acceptance, on Sunday, tweeted: “Back at home and discussing politics with Mum. Given English is her second language, she’s now asking me why she’s heard so many people call the prime minister a ‘sh*tc*nt’ lately.” Calls the PM a sh*tc*nt while his hand is out for taxpayer funding. This foul mouthed grub is paid by the ABC. If it wasn't for low standards the ABC would have…

Reports have surfaced that the serial litigant, Gary Burns, is on the warpath against the Hebrew prophets. More particularly, he’s proposing to take the prophet, Ezekiel, to the Anti-Discrimination Board. Ezekiel is cited as condemning the sins of Sodom as haughty and ‘an abomination’ before God (Ezek.16:50). Strangely enough, Mr Burns has drawn inspiration from the history of the papacy itself. In 897, Pope Stephen VI (896-897) is supposed to have taken a dislike to the teaching and practices of his predecessor, Pope Formosus (891-896). As a consequence, Stephen had the remains of Formosus dug up, arrayed in full papal…

A Victorian teacher who was allegedly unwilling to adhere to a Christian school’s Statement of Faith which defined marriage as a union “only between a male and female” is suing her former employer for discrimination. Rachel Colvin, a former teacher at Ballarat Christian College, has lodged a complaint with the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, alleging the school forced her to quit after she refused to adhere to the school’s policy opposing same-sex marriage. According to the Weekend Australian, the school updated its Statement of Faith following the legal redefining of marriage back in December 2017. The amendment outlined the…

Drawing on the work of two American writers, Jonathan Haidt and Greg Lukianoff, Paul Kelly wrote recently of ‘the three great lies corroding Western cultures’. In his view, these are: first, that disputes today are a battle between good (defined as the oppressed victims) and evil (defined as the privileged minority); secondly, that people will be made weaker by being challenged so they need to be protected and made safe; and thirdly, that we must always trust our feelings. All that is undeniable, but associated with these great lies is the confusion in our view of the law. In the…

Girl Guides Victoria will now allow boys who identify as girls to join their ranks and share bathrooms with female members. The new policy guidelines state: “An individual is to be considered the final authority of their own gender identity. The only way to know if a person is a transgender person is if the person discloses this to you. “It is not appropriate to judge who is and is not a girl, nor is it appropriate to approach a person to ask if they are transitioning.” According to the policy, if a parent expresses concern or does not want…

A phenomenon of “missing girls” could be afflicting Victoria, Aisha Dow at The Age has reported. “A study of more than a million births suggests some parents could be aborting unborn female babies or undergoing embryo selection overseas in order to have sons.” According to researchers, the findings indicate “systematic discrimination against females starts in the womb.” Lead researcher Dr Kristina Edvardsson from Melbourne’s La Trobe University said, “We believe that some women may be terminating pregnancies after discovering they are expecting a girl and in other cases are travelling overseas to access non-medial sex selection services through assisted reproduction.”…

The sex discrimination commissioner, Elizabeth Broderick, is calling for tales of knights, princes and princesses to be swapped for stories with gender-equal messages, like women in positions of power and men in more feminine, nurturing roles. The Herald Sun reports: FAIRYTALES could be at risk in public schools from moves to degrade the much-loved stories for gender bias. Preschool books and toys could also be audited to determine whether they promote gender stereotypes, under a Victorian government plan to address family violence.
