A nine-year-old boy has confronted Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego and local city council members, urging them to say NO to Planned Parenthood and YES to babies.

“My mom was only seven months pregnant when I was born. In many states, my mom could have had the doctor rip my arms off and squish my head at 34 weeks. Since, you know, I was still a parasite and all.”
