Families and young children were exposed to the sexual fetish of a couple in the Blue Mountains on Sunday after a half-naked man wearing a gimp mask was walked like a dog along a popular shopping strip.

The incident, which was filmed by a passing motorist, took place at Leura Mall, a well-known destination for families and tourists visiting the area.

The footage shows a woman in a black dress, leading a man on all-fours along a footpath in the sight of young children.

The man appears to be wearing a gimp mask, an item commonly worn during BDSM sexual role-play. BDSM stands for “Bondage, Discipline, Sadism, and Masochism”.

A concerned mother from the area told Caldron Pool: “My children and I eat at the cafes in The Mall regularly. How am I supposed to explain this to my kids?

“I shouldn’t have to lie to my children when they asked me what’s going on,” she said. “They’re way too young to be exposed to this sort of thing.”
