Organisation that kills over 321,000 babies each year celebrates Mother’s Day
There is something deeply disturbing about Planned Parenthood celebrating Mother’s Day. A message from the abortion mill’s official Twitter account said: “Happy #MothersDay! Planned Parenthood is proud to celebrate mothers in the U.S. and around the world.” “We’re committed to fighting for a world where all mothers can live healthy lives, and raise their children in peace.” Happy #MothersDay! Bill Shorten thinks everything you earn belongs to the government
Simon Breheny, director of policy at the Institute of Public Affairs, nails it. Tax cuts aren’t handouts, as Bill Shorten suggests, not unless the government owns everything you earn. Tax cuts are… not giveaways. They’re not subsidies, or grants, or donations… Tax cuts just mean people get to keep more of what they earn. Tax cuts don’t give you money earned by somebody else. Heartbreaking testimony from a mother who aborted her child: ‘a woman’s right to choose is not freedom, it’s a prison’
Abortion providers often present themselves as champions of women’s rights. The word “care” is used frequently to describe the sort of services they provide. And anyone who challenges the pro-abortion movement is quickly dismissed as irrelevant and hypocritical for caring only about the lives of the unborn, not the mothers. Of course, none of this is actually true. Every time a female baby is aborted, a woman’s rights are violated. Removing a babies’ right to life is nothing short of heartless murder, certainly not “care.” And what they often don’t warn you about is life after an abortion for the…
Mark Latham destroys Peter FitzSimons: ‘a one-man, putrid, steaming cesspit of hypocrisy’
Mark Latham slammed Peter FitzSimons on Facebook yesterday, after the Herald columnist took yet another swing at rugby player Israel Folau for expressing Christian beliefs. Israel Folau should: — Peter FitzSimons (@Peter_Fitz) May 9, 2018 “The Red Pirate Peter FitzSimons is a natural-born elite,” wrote Latham. “He lives in an expensive house in an exclusive suburb. He has lots of access to the media. So like all elites, he thinks he has the right to tell other people how to live their lives.” In this Herald article he writes of how “Rugby is an inclusive game”. Then he says Israel…
Karl Stefanovic accuses Israel Folau of provocation and persecution: ‘Show a little more compassion and love, as the Bible teaches’
On Monday, rugby player, Israel Folau shared a video on Twitter featuring a 10-minute excerpt of a sermon preached by the late David Wilkerson. The message was based on Hebrews 3:15 which reads, “As it is said, ‘Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.’” With great love i wanted to share this video in the hope that people watch it and think about it. Jesus is coming back soon and he wants us to turn to him through repentance and baptism in the name of Jesus Christ (Acts 2:38) please don't harden…
The ABC changes words to a classic children’s song because it encourages bear hunts
Grizzly bears right across Australia will sleep a little safer this winter after it was revealed the ABC have changed the words to the iconic children’s song, We’re Going on a Bear Hunt. Presenters on the ABC’s children’s program, Play School, are no longer taking their young viewers on bear hunts, but rather “bush hunts.” The original lyric reads, We’re going on a bear hunt, we’re going to catch a big one, I’m not scared. In its place, the shows hosts are now singing, We’re going on a bush hunt, we’re going to find some treasure, we’re so excited. Well done, ABC. Well done.…
Racism? ABC hires former Greens candidate who likes to “make fun of white people”
How do you define racism and bullying? The ABC have hired former Greens candidate, Osman Faruqi, to serve as deputy editor of a new lifestyle section on the taxpayer funded, public broadcaster’s website. ABC spokesman told The Australian, Mr Faruqi, the son of Greens MP Mehreen Faruqi, will be included in ‘a new digital storytelling project created to reach new audiences in an innovative and engaging way.’ If you’re not familiar with Faruqi, he Tweets like a male (assuming) Yassmin Abdel-Magied. As you read from his feed, just replace “white” with “black” and ask yourself, would that be considered racist?…
Boy Scouts will go gender neutral by dropping “boy” from the name of their flagship program
The Boy Scouts of America are about to be neutered. The 108-year old program for boys aged 11 to 17 will drop “boy” from it’s name in an attempt to appeal to more girls. While the overall organisation will retain the original name, the program itself will be called Scouts BSA from February 2019. Girl Scout leaders have said they were blindsided by the move and are preparing an aggressive campaign to recruit and retain female membership. Girl Scouts’ CEO, Sylvia Acevedo said, “We are, and will remain, the first choice for girls and parents who want to provide their girls…
Hundreds of children recruited to help police celebrate LGBTQI
According to The Australian, around 400 students from seven schools helped to paint a permanent 80 meter rainbow mural on a prominent Victorian police station. The artwork was a collaboration between Merri Health and Moreland City in preparation for the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT), to be held on May 17. Victorian Police Community Engagement Acting Inspector, Troy Papworth, said the artwork is “a symbolic way for the community, including police, to show that we’re taking a stance against violence and discrimination. Through the mural, police are also hoping to increase confidence and trust between LGBTI communities and…
Killers, rapists, and drug dealers among 164 foreign-born criminals saved from deportation
The Herald Sun has revealed, 164 foreign-born criminals have been spared from deportation by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Of those, 8 were killers, 17 were sex offenders, 33 were drug dealers, and 23 were armed robbers. Since 2013, the AAT has rescued 98 criminals who had their visas cancelled or not granted. According to Adelaide Now, ministerial delegates argued the deportations were “necessary to protect Australians, and that almost all of those whom they wanted to kick out of the country had ‘substantial criminal records’.” “Contrary to the past five years, the latest figures show the AAT is now overruling more…
Israel and You at the (New) Aeropagus
Reflecting on the reality that God was sovereign over his life, Israel Folau sought to reason this point to others on Instagram and Twitter. Speaking to others in this new marketplace of ideas where pithy soundbites win, he was queried, “May we know how homosexuals fit within this teaching that you are presenting?” He responded: “HELL… Unless they repent of their sins and turn to God.” Eleven words was all it took. Many scorned, and the nation was inflamed against Folau. Well, not the nation, but certainly that which touts itself as the proverbial mouthpiece of the nation – the…
Should a Christian have to renounce his faith in order to hold office?
“Do you believe that gay sex is a perversion?” Mike Pompeo was asked that question yesterday by US Senator Cory Booker of New Jersey. The question was posed to the CIA director during a confirmation hearing for his nomination to become Secretary of State. So, you do not believe it’s appropriate for two gay people to marry?… Do you believe that gay sex is a perversion? Yes or no? Yes or no, sir? Do you believe that gay sex is a perversion, because that’s what you said here in one of your speeches. Yes or no, do you believe gay…
Deported! US border authorities to Yassmin Abdel-Magied: ‘We’re sending you back!’
When Yassmin Abdel-Magied landed in the United States, it took US border authorities just a few minutes to examine her case before announcing, “We’re sending you back!” Abdel-Magied was set to speak at a New York event titled, ‘The M Word: No Country for Young Muslim Women.’ The event is part of the PEN America World Voices Festival. Thankfully for us, Abdel-Magied live tweeted the whole experience… Enjoy, and God bless the USA. ** if they will let me in. I’m currently at the border and they’ve said I’m being deported. This should be fun. What are my rights ?…
The ABC promoting Islam with new hijab fashion program
Ayaan Hirsi Ali once said, “The veil deliberately marks women as private and restricted property, nonpersons. The veil sets women apart from men and apart from the world; it restrains them, confines them, grooms them for docility. A mind can be cramped just as a body may be, and a Muslim veil blinkers both your vision and your destiny. It is the mark of a kind of apartheid, not the domination of a race but of a sex.” With that in mind, let us present to you: Hijabistas! Taxpayer funded Islamic propaganda, focusing on Australian Islamic Hijabi fashion, courtesy of…
National Library of Australia’s new ambassador: the foul-mouthed “hate f–ker” Benjamin Law
While Israel Folau continues to cop criticism for answering a question about his faith, The National Library of Australia has made Benjamin Law their Ambassador. Yes, the foul-mouthed bloke who no one really knew until he said he’d “hate f-ck all the anti-gay MPs in parliament…” Yes, really. That’s their pick. That’s the guy they went with. Of all the people in Australia, they considered him the best… @mrbenjaminlaw celebrates being made an @nlagovau Ambassador with, what else but a selfie. @garthnix and @reallykazcooke were also honoured with the title by our CEO Marie-Louise Ayres and Council Chair Ryan Stokes.…
Israel Folau ‘in hot water’ for believing the Bible
Israel Folau, has caused controversy this week after posting an “offensive” and “homophobic” comment on his Instagram account. The rugby star’s initial Instagram post included a citation of James 1:2-4, which states: Consider it all joy when you encounter various trials, because the testing of your faith produces endurance… so that you may be lacking in nothing. In the comments section, a follower asked Folau, “what was gods [sic] plan for gay people?” Folau replied, consistent with the Bible and 2,000 years of Christian teaching, by saying, “HELL.. Unless they repent of their sins and turn to God.” Doesn't quite…
Google refuses to acknowledge Easter… for the 17th year in a row
Today is Francisco Balagtas’ 230th birthday. How do I know that? It’s all thanks to Google Doodles, “the fun, surprising, and sometimes spontaneous changes that are made to the Google logo to celebrate holidays, anniversaries, and the lives of famous artists, pioneers, and scientists.” Well, not all holidays are equal, it appears. The Google homepage was looking rather empty this Easter, with not so much as an egg in sight. Really? Now even the Bunny is offensive? It would seem Randy Smith was right in saying: Today people now feel uncomfortable when you mention the Easter Bunny. It’s not that…
WATCH: Muslim proselytizer explains the ethics of marrying children
Ali Dawah is an Islamic proselytizer “spreading the message of Islam and answering misconceptions.” He has close to 20k followers on Twitter, and almost 205k subscribers on YouTube. Last week Dawah explained the ethics behind child marriage: You asked me, would I allow my daughter to get married at nine. The analogy is wrong. Our teachings say the woman has to be sexually, mentally, and physically ready. If my daughter reaches the age of menstruation at nine years old, I would say, you are ready to get married, however, if she says, ‘Dad, I don’t want to get married,’ OK.…
Thousands of Iraqi Christians return home to celebrate Palm Sunday for the first time since the defeat of ISIS
The mainstream media don’t care much for Christians, so spread the news they won’t! Thousands of Christians in Qaraqosh have returned home to celebrate Psalm Sunday. This would be the first celebration in four years following the defeat of ISIS. The crowds sang, “King of kings and Lord of lords. Glory! Hallelujah!” as they walked through the streets waving palm and olive branches. The crowd eventually gathered around St John’s Church, as church leaders reportedly stood on the church rooftop to proclaim the gospel and lead the people in worship. Thanks be to God! Iraqi Christians in Qaraqosh, one of…
Tommy Robinson: ‘What we are seeing is blasphemy laws by the backdoor’
When Tommy Robinson suggested that the Quran contains at least 100 calls to violence, Twitter suspended his account. Permanently. Robinson comments in the video below: What we are seeing is blasphemy laws by the backdoor and they are all complicit. Twitter, our police, our courts, our Prime Minister, our entire government and media. All of them raise one hand in support of freedom of speech while they rip it out from underneath us with the other.
