Earlier this month during the “Not Ashamed” conference, hosted in Adelaide by Australian Christian Lobby, Dr Stephen Chavura addressed one of the biggest issues facing Christians today. According to Dr Chavura, recent LGBTQ issues, such as same-sex marriage and transgenderism, signify a cultural shift that has taken place over the past 50 years. Attitudes towards Christianity have changed. The critique is no longer that Christianity is irrational, but that it is harmful to people’s mental health, and the LGBTQ “community”, in particular. “This is the shift that we’re seeing happening right now,” Dr Chavura said. “That is the argument that…

Ben Shapiro cops it from the Leftist outrage brigade, simply for speaking sense into a subject, which involves a very small minority wanting the power to determine what you think and how you speak. This was four years ago, but take note of the hate and hostility coming from those claiming Ben is being hateful. Unfortunately, not much has changed. We’re still being told that “P” can equal “Q”, and anyone who opposes this is faced with the threat of violence. Justified under the auspices of Marxism – critical theory, its perpetual revolution and the idea of Utopian reconstruction. This…

Mark Latham has slammed the NSW Government’s “diversity and inclusion” staffing policies in the public service, and the new LGBTIQ Network, branding it a policy of “exclusion and division.” NSW Government bureaucrats admitted on Monday that their policy does not reflect a number of groups in the community, despite affirming that a world-class public service ought to “reflect the diversity of the community it serves.” The NSW One Nation leader accused the state government of adopting a “very selective diversity” policy, which excludes Christians, heterosexuals, homeless, public housing tenants, the unemployed and low-income earners. “The CHULIPS are totally left out…

Disney-Pixar’s latest animated release “Onward” has been censored in Russia, banned in some Middle Eastern countries, and boycotted in the U.S. after introducing the first openly gay character in an animated feature film. The character, voiced by actress Lena Waithe, appears in just one “vital” scene in the middle of the film. During the scene, the female character, named Specter, makes mention of her lesbian girlfriend. However, according to a report from the Russian film website Kinopoisk.ru, the Russian dubbed version changes the word “girlfriend” to “partner.” “Presumably, Disney’s Russian branch tried to avoid unnecessary problems with the anticipated project’s…

A 23-year-old woman who was given “experimental” puberty-blocking drugs at 16-years of age is taking legal action against the UK’s first gender clinic for children. Keira Bell said her gender reassignment treatment, which she now “very seriously regrets”, quickly “snowballed” after she was referred to the clinic by her GP. The teenager began taking the life-altering treatment after three one-hour long appointments at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust clinic. Ms Bell said, at the time, she was unaware of the real consequences of taking the hormone blockers, which were prescribed by the clinic to halt the development of her…

This year’s Mardi Gras parade was the quintessential expression of Cultural Marxism as forces united to attack their common enemy: Western civilisation in general, and mainline Christianity in particular. For those who thought Mardi Gras was purely about gay rights, this year’s event was more political than ever and revealed the true colours of the LGBTQI movement. Protestors mocking Scott Morrison with shirts labelled ‘The Department of Homo Affairs’ were dragged off by police, with a sizeable number of floats devoted to climate change. The theme was ‘What Matters,’ as the Mardi Gras website explains: This Mardi Gras season focuses…

A transgender science teacher in Wisconsin has accused the school district of enacting a “transphobic” bathroom policy which prevents adult staff members from sharing a toilet with young students. Mark “Vince” Busenbark, of Allis Elementary School in Madison, said the policy, which segregates bathroom use by age, was put in place after a “transphobic parent” complained to the district that a biological male was using the same bathroom as their young daughter. In a piece for Out Lives Magazine, Busenbark lamented that within days of using a women’s only bathroom frequented by female staff and students, a “transphobic parent complained…

The measure would then go to Governor Gary Herbert for his signature. Those…

A disturbing TikTok video of a drag queen performing for a young child has gone viral on social media. The 30-second clip, originally posted to the video-sharing platform in early February, shows a room full of laughing adults watching-on as a drag queen suggestively crawls towards a young girl seated alone on a chair in the middle of the room before embracing her. The youngster looks visibly confused and disturbed by the situation. It’s unclear where the video was taken, but it certainly shows how far society has fallen in a relatively short time. How long will it be before…

Atheist Richard Dawkins told his 2.8 million followers on Tuesday that it’s “hard to say why” he wouldn’t eat human meat. The evolutionary biologist made the admission on Twitter after sharing a Forbes article discussing the rise of lab-cultivated animal meat products. The process of cultivating meat involves taking stem cells from the muscle of an animal, usually with a small biopsy under anesthesia. The stem cells are then placed with nutrients, salts, pH buffers, and growth factor before being left to multiply. The piece cites the Institute of the Future in Palo Alto, who said cultivated meat could be…

The Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras (SGLM) have scrapped an event featuring lesbian YouTuber, Arielle Scarcella, for suggesting it’s not “transphobic” to prefer women without male genitals. Ms Scarcella, who runs an LGBT-centered YouTube channel with over 630,000 subscribers, was scheduled to participate in a panel discussion on February 27 organised by Les-Talk. However, the event was removed after trans-activists created an online petition calling on the organisers to “boycott” Ms Scarcella over her “transphobic” views. In 2018, the 33-year-old YouTuber sparked backlash after creating a video entitled, “Dear Trans Women, Stop Pushing ‘Girl D*ck’ On Lesbians”. In the 5-minute…

It’s becoming more obvious with each passing year, and just about everyone in the West will agree: to be a Christian means to walk out of step with mainstream culture. It’s such a fixed feature of modern life that Christians have adapted a variety of solutions to this dilemma. Some believers relish the opportunity to cause unnecessary trouble. Others run scared—and in doing so, they compromise their stand for Jesus. Both extremes do damage to the cause of Christ. So how can we walk the middle road? The answer to this begins with properly understanding our calling as Christians. Why…

Russian President, Vladimir Putin has vowed to defend traditional family values for as long as he’s the country’s leader. The president made the comments in Moscow on Thursday while meeting with a Kremlin-appointed committee to discuss amendments to the constitution. “A marriage is a union of a man and woman,” Putin said. “This is the right idea and it should be supported. We need to only think about how to formulate it and where. “As far as ‘parent number 1’ and ‘parent number 2’ goes, I’ve already spoken publicly about this and I’ll repeat it again: as long as I’m…
