University of Melbourne professor, Marcia Langton, sent Mark Latham a vile message of hate last week, stating, “you so deserve a slow, painful death and humiliating obituaries eg ‘Australia celebrates as white supremacist, homophobic, far right wing arsehole finally dies’ ‘Australians look forward to a life without hate’.” Ironic much?
@RealMarkLatham you so deserve a slow, painful death and humiliating obituaries eg “Australia celebrates as white supremacist, homophobic, far right wing arsehole finally dies” “Australians look forward to a life without hate” https://t.co/hxbmP2KUTL

Latham has since responded to Langtons tweet:
Marcia Langton: The voice of Leftist compassion in Australia: Indigenous, university employed, dripping with identity.
"A life without hate" ??? https://t.co/W22R0tT3Y2— Real Mark Latham (@RealMarkLatham) March 10, 2018
Political leaders say they are campaigning against online vilification, especially in education system. But this is guaranteed: nothing will happen to Professor Marcia Langton at Melbourne University for saying I "deserve a slow, painful death and humiliating obituaries".

Langton gets away with it because she's an Indigenous women – a darling of the Leftist identity crowd. If a white man said it about her, they would throw the book at him.

Cory Bernardi, leader of the Australian Conservatives, also responded:
She’ll likely be invited on @QandA next week to discuss her ‘insight into male western oppresion by a respected and authoritative indigenous voice’ or in the normal world her tweet would be described as ‘ the hate filled bile of a bigot and racist’.

Fortunately for Langton, she belongs to a protected minority group which grants her the special privilege of saying such things without fear of consequence. Just imagine the uproar if Latham had said it to her.
