Rapper Kanye West has said Planned Parenthood clinics have been placed inside cities by “white supremacists” to carry out the “devil’s work.”

West made the comments to Forbes last week during his first interview since announcing his plans to run for President.

“Planned Parenthoods have been placed inside cities by white supremacists to do the Devil’s work,” he said.

West went on to say: “I am pro-life because I’m following the word of the Bible.”

Planned Parenthood, an organisation that performs a third of all abortions in the United States, responded to West’s remarks in a statement to TMZ on Wednesday.

Nia Martin-Robinson, director of Black Leadership and Engagement at the organisation’s national headquarters said:

“Black women are free to make our own decisions about our bodies and pregnancies, and want and deserve to have access to the best medical care available.

“Any insinuation that abortion is Black genocide is offensive and infantilizing. The real threat to the Black communities’ safety, health, and lives stems from lack of access to quality, affordable health care, police violence and the decriminalization of reproductive health care by anti-abortion opposition.”

This isn’t the first time the abortion provider has been accused of fulfilling “white supremacist” ideals. Author and commentator Dinesh D’Souza has said Planned Parenthood’s founder, Margaret Sanger, helped to supply blueprints for some of the worst atrocities carried out by the Nazis in Germany.

During a 2017 speech at Liberty University, D’Souza said:

“Adolf Hitler got some of his most maniacal and destructive ideas from the American Left. I’m not saying that there were similar things going on. I’m saying Hitler literally lifted it from the blueprints, from the examples, supplied by the Democrats and the Left.”

According to D’Souza, Sanger’s chief aim was eugenics through force sterilisation and euthanasia. “More children from the fit, fewer children from the unfit,” as the slogan of her magazine Birth Control Review stated.

Despite Planned Parenthood’s recent condemnation of “white supremacy and systemic racism”, the fact remains that the abortion industry kills as many black people every four days as the Ku Klux Klan killed in 150 years.

Between 1882 and 1968, there were reportedly 3,446 lynchings of black people in the United States. Today, more black people are killed by white abortionists every three days than all who were lynched in those years.

According to an Abortion Surveillance Report released by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 2011, black women make up just 14 percent of the childbearing population, but 36 percent of those obtaining abortions.

Arizona State Representative Walt Blackman, commenting on the figures, noted that at a ratio of 474 abortions per 1,000 live births, black women have the highest ratio of any group in the country.

“When you use those percentages, it indicates that of the over 44 million abortions since the 1973 Roe vs Wade Supreme Court ruling, 19 million black babies were aborted,” he said. “African Americans are just under 13 percent of the United States population.”

Blackman went on to note that the Guttmacher Institute claimed there were 360,000 black babies aborted in 2011, while the CDC said 287,072 blacks died that year from other causes. In other words, abortion is the leading cause of death among blacks thanks to the abortion industry.
