Candace Owens and Charlie Kirk were attacked by a group of Antifa thugs gathered outside a Philadelphia restaurant on Monday.

Owens and Kirk, from Turning Point USA, were attempting to eat breakfast at the Green Eggs Café when the mob started hurling abuse, blowing whistles and even dumping a bottle of water on Kirk.

Kirk took to Twitter after the incident saying, “If an angry conservative mob formed while two young liberals, one white guy and a black woman, were eating breakfast, and the mob hurled horrific insults, threw objects and assaulted them, the left would call it a ‘hate crime’ and every major outlet would be demanding condemnation.”

Kirk also cited Maxine Waters’ recent call to harass and intimidate Trump supports saying, “The American people have put up with Trump long enough. What more do we need to see? What more lies do we need to hear? If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd, and you push back on them!”

Owens uploaded footage of the attack and shared it online saying, “To be clear: ANTIFA, an all-white fascist organization, just grew violent and attacked an all-black and Hispanic police force. Because I, a BLACK woman, was eating breakfast. Is this the civil rights era all over again?”

“After all these years, white Democrats still believe that they own black people,” Owens added. “When you go against how they desire you to think, they viciously attack you. I was proud to stand with conviction alongside the minority police force today. I escaped the leftist plantation.”
