A UK High Court Judge has exonerated foster parents who are helping their four-year-old foster son transition to a girl. The ruling comes despite social workers claiming the parents were actively encouraging and prematurely diagnosing the boy with gender dysphoria. Tasmania’s lower house has passed new transgender laws which will require parents to “opt-in” to having their child’s sex recorded on birth certificates.
