Trans-age man attempting to reduce his legal age by more than 20 years because he ‘identifies as a 45-year-old.’

Well, if gender is fluid, why not age?

A 69-year-old man from the Netherlands is suing authorities after they refused to allowed him to reduce his age by 20-years.

Emile Ratelband has argued that if transgender people are legally permitted to change their sex then he should be allowed to change the date of his birth.

“I have done a check-up and what does it show? My biological age is 45-years,” Mr Ratelband said.

“When I’m 69, I’m limited. If I’m 49, then I can buy a new house, drive a different car. I can take up more work.

“When I’m on Tinder and it says I’m 69, I don’t get an answer. When I’m 49, with the face I have, I will be in a luxurious position.

“Transgender people can now have their gender changed on their birth certificate, and in the same spirit there should be room for an age change.”

According to The Irish Post, “the judge presiding over Mr Ratelband’s case said he had some sympathy for his plight, but found there would be practical problems in allowing people to change their date of birth.”

The court is due to deliver a written ruling within four weeks.

As ridiculous as it is, he’s at least consistent. If some biological factors don’t matter, then on what basis do any biological factors matter?

We’re moving towards a society that’s purely governed by subjective feelings. You are whatever you feel you are, male or female, young or old, short or tall. The full-blown assault on truth and reality continues.
