Billboards depicting a man holding a Bible have been forcibly removed from a Southern California mall after multiple complaints and a “serious threat” was made about the religious imagery. The billboards, posted at Fashion Island, advertised the upcoming evangelistic event ‘Harvest’ and featured an image of pastor Greg Laurie speaking with an unmarked black book in his hand.
