The face of Britain is becoming increasingly Islamic, more Islamic than many Muslim countries combined, according to a newspaper in Saudi Arabia. The Saudi Gazette reports, “Muslim London” has seen an additional 423 new mosques, “most of these mosques are crowded at prayer times, unlike many churches which rarely see visitors.” About 100 “official Shariah courts” are also said to be operating in the capital, “thanks to the British Arbitration Act and the system of Alternative Dispute Resolution.” Also see: The Suicide of Europe: ‘Are we about the witness the end of Europe or its rebirth?’ British universities were also credited for…

Weapons were seized and a man was arrested after pro-choice activists attempted to shut down a peaceful pro-life march in Melbourne today. The ninth annual March for the Babies attracted several thousand pro-life advocates intent on ending the cruel and heartless slaughter of the unborn. According to Bill Muehlenberg: “Since the horrific abortion on demand law was passed here ten years ago, there have been over 200,000 babies killed with official state sanction. Some 20,000 poor preborn children are taken to their slaughter each year thanks to one of the most liberalised abortion laws in the world.” WATCH:

In 2008 an Australian man was convicted of possessing child pornography, fined $3,000 and required to enter a two-year good behaviour bond in relation to each offence. The pornographic content in the man’s possession comprised of a series of cartoons depicting underage characters from The Simpsons engaging in sex acts. Fast forward a decade, and almost identical content can now be legally streamed into your living room, thanks to Netflix’s animated series Big Mouth. The show has been described as a “raucous, delightfully vulgar exploration of puberty.” The series follows a group of children, “navigating their way through puberty, masturbation, and sexual arousal.” One…

A #FreeTommyRobinson sticker made an appearance on Australian and UK television last week, thanks to a recent episode of Neighbours. The message was stuck to a noticeboard and was visible behind the actors during part of the scene. Is it likely that somebody is going to lose their job over this? LOL!!! One of our #FreeTommy stickers made it onto @neighbours. #TommyRobinson is so mainstream that he’s accidentally becoming pop culture. Watch leftist heads…

A protester outside a Pennsylvania Trump rally has told a female reporter that he could throw her to the ground and rape her if he wanted because he has “rights.” Kaitlin Bennett, director of Liberty Hangouts, was conducting an interview with the man when he reached out and touched her shoulder. When Bennett asked the man not to touch her, the man responded, “I want to touch you… I’m allowed to.” At that point a bystander quickly stepped in and told the man he was not allowed to touch her. “Yes I am,” the protester retorted. “I can throw her…

Judgement based on raw emotion is the reason for why we have due process and habeas corpus. This system is not without flaws, but erasing due process is equal to denying the right of habeas corpus. If that happens then everyone is bound; subjected to the whim of the mob or the mood of the ruler. Due process is as important as habeas corpus. Habeas corpus being ‘the removal of illegal restraint on individual liberty.’ (Burke)  Any removal, or denial of due process, would easily lead to the same thing happening to habeas corpus. Conclusions based on raw emotions about…

BBC News has asked if the word “woman” should be spelt “womxn” after the Wellcome Collection, a museum and library in London, used the term in a tweet to promote an upcoming event. According to the British public service broadcaster, “womxn refers to females, but it is an attempt to get away from patriarchal language.” The story went on to cite Dr Clara Bradbury-Rance, fellow at King’s College London, who said the spelling womxn “stems from a longstanding objection to the word woman as it comes from man, and the linguistic roots of the word mean that it really does…

Britain’s Supreme Court has reversed a lower court ruling, saying that a bakery owned by a Christian family did not discriminate against a gay customer when they refused to bake a cake that read, “Support Gay Marriage.” In 2014 Ashers Baking Co. in Northern Ireland refused to bake the cake which also featured ‘Sesame Street’ characters Bert and Ernie. The owners argued that they should not be forced to put messages on their products at odds with their Christian faith. On Wednesday the high court agreed, and the five justices on the court were unanimous in their judgment. “In a…

An Australian feminist research group is urging people to drop the phrase “pregnant women” because “people of all genders can become pregnant.” In a post on Facebook, The Equality Institute said the phrase “pregnant people” should be used in place of the gender specific “pregnant women,” which is neither considerate nor inclusive of “trans and non-binary folk.” “People of all genders can become pregnant, because people of all genders can have the reproductive organs to do so,” the group said in the post. “Consider all people when using language – inclusive trans and non-binary folk – and ensure that your…

CNN host Christiane Amanpour called Hungary “weird and out-of-step with the world” for rejecting multiculturalism and deciding to preserve their own Christian heritage. Hungarian Foreign Minister, Peter Szijjarto told Ms Amanpour: “We have been a Christian country for a millennium, and I don’t really understand why it’s bad news that we don’t want to change that.” “And I don’t understand why it’s bad, or why it’s unacceptable that we’d like to stick to our history, to our culture, to our heritage, to our religion,” he added. On Tuesday Hillary Clinton said that civility will not be restored to America until the Democrats start winning again. “You cannot be civil with a political party that wants to destroy what you stand for, what you care about,” Clinton said in an interview with CNN’s Christiane Amanpoour. “That’s why I believe if we are fortunate enough to win back the House and/or the Senate, that’s when civility can start again. But until then the only thing that the Republicans seem to recognize and respect is strength,” she added. WATCH: Hillary Clinton: "You cannot be civil with a political party…

The word martyr [μάρτυς] means to ‘bear witness’, this is derived from the word marturion [μαρτύριον] which is understood to mean evidence testimony; witness; to be testified. The word martyr is also connected to martyromai [μαρτύρομαι] ‘I am urging; I am bearing witness; I am declaring; I am insisting.’ Along with a lot of His colleagues, family and friends – of whom one was Karl Barth and the other Martin Niemöller, Bonhoeffer fits the profile of declaring; bearing witness; insisting. He was a martyr. Today, fascist theory might only exist in fringe elements of society, but the style of political activism employed by the Nazi’s isn’t. Rhetoric and labels offer…

Sometimes pro-life advocates are criticised for using euphemisms employed by pro-choice activists to cloak the horrific reality of abortion. It’s rare these days to hear anyone refer to abortion as legalised murder, even though that’s exactly what it is. But it’s time we drop the euphemisms and face reality, because it’s these euphemisms, according to Ben Shapiro, that let abortion advocates get away with killing the unborn. Last week Netflix released a trailer to their latest documentary titled, Feminists: What Were They Thinking? The film is said to be about women breaking free from the “cultural restrictions of their childhood” that prevented them from embracing their “full humanity.” But it’s the final scene of the trailer that’s raising eyebrows. The closing remarks made by executive producer Cheryl Swannack suggest boys are better off without fathers in their lives. I see it in the next generation already. The men I know who are raised by single mothers are different men – the young people who don’t care what…

Bioethicists have started preparing the way for the legalisation of child euthanasia in Canada, with one of the proposals advocating assisted suicide without parental approval. Euthanasia in Canada is currently only available to capable patients aged 18 years or older, however the medical essay titled, Medically Assisted Dying in a Paediatric Hospital, published in the Oxford-based Journal of Medical Ethics, was written “with an eye to the near future when capable young people may gain access to Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID).” In all other regards [than who initiates the euthanasia discussion], our working group has, at present, elected to conceptualise MAID as…
